Anytime Is The Right Time

is the new challenge at FSC this fortnight.
The stamping must be the focal point of your creation...and follow the theme and you are win with a chance of winning!
The theme being absolutely anything to do with clocks!

I have been inspired this time by a couple of fun ink effects that I have seen around this fortnight...
so I thought that I would combine them
and see what they looked like.

I looove how there is always something new to try.

One is to use the stencil itself as the stamping tool.
Kind of like reverse masking I guess?  Just add water!
This looks even more effective when you blend
some DI's over it a little.

And the other one I had no idea how to do so I ad-libbed a little.
Again using Wendy Vecchi's new inks...after mixing the inks on the craft sheet, instead of swiping the card through it, I scooped some up on my palette knife and applied it to the card that way.
This turned out to be a great idea as I could control
the amount of white area more.
I think this is a great idea for smaller cards.

Again, I have embraced "white areas" (scary)
and a first for me was not using any BLACK! Yikes.

The girls at FSC have come up with some inspiring and very different versions on the theme this time.
Please pop on over and check out the awesomeness of the fashionettes,
be inspired and maybe join in the fun.
Flonzcraft are our sponsors this fortnight and have a generous $20 gift voucher up for grabs,
