Flutterbye

Flutterbye
is one of the new releases from Stampendous...
by designer Laurel Burch.

Julie, from The Stencil Specialist is hosting an aussie blog hop
this week featuring this stamp.

Here is how it works...
all you need to do is leave a comment on this blog and leave the Aussie town that you live in to be in the draw to win this stamp...

An extra entry is given for each of the designer's blogs that you leave a comment on (listed below).
My blog = 1 entry
4 blogs = 4 entries.

You have until the 31st of March enter this hop.

The butterfly has be coloured with alcohol markers
and attached to a background that uses the triple layer technique...
and oldie, but a goodie.

Of course, the background uses lots of inkiness.

Bright and beautiful. I love the hit of glitter. Did you use a glue pen and glitter?

Hi Dot
I came across the designs of Laurel Burch years ago, although not in rubber stamps, and this butterfly is so similar to some of those designs which I love, so your card certainly appeals to me! I love that there is some "bling" colouring contrasting nicely with the white. And the triple layer background is very effective.

VERY bright and vibrant, reminds me of the tropical
rainforests, and some of our camping spots we used to go to when
I was a teenager, but not many butterflies to see now. :( beautiful
little creatures.
