Simplicity Sunday at Rubber Dance

It is Simplicity Sunday over on the Rubber Dance blog.
Today it’s my turn for a little inspiration.

The circle part has been done with a gelli plate, with a little paint stamping.
I shouted myself some DecoArt paints recently and couldn’t wait to play with them.
My favourite Butterfly Girl from Rubber Dance is the highlight of the card
which has been coloured with Nuvo water colour pencils.

I hope you enjoy this simple card and pop on over to the Rubber Dance
blog. You will find heaps of awesome inspiration there.

Happy Stamping!

August Challenge at Rubber Dance

Hi everyone,
I hope all is well in your part of the world. It is still cold here, but there are signs of Spring on the way with lots of blossoms on the trees.

It’s time to let you about the current challenge at Rubber Dance.

This month we have very natural colours, or you could choose the theme of Nature.
I’ve decided to go with the theme of Nature.

I’ve used a gelli print for the background on this card.
The owl was made from some card splotched through some brown ink, stamped and then bleached.

We have a new face book group that started today!
It is called ‘Rubber Dance Stampers Lounge’.  A place where you can check out what people are making with Rubber Dance stamps, ask any questions that you might have and generally be inspired.
I hope that you check it out if you are a face book user.

The stamps used in my card today are:

Fossilized Fish for Rubber Dance

Hi everyone!
Today I have a card to share with you that you can find over on the Rubber Dance blog as a tutorial.
It uses alcohol inks in a different and fun way.

It uses Black alcohol ink – and it’s not as scary as it might sound.
The main stamp set is one of the new releases from Rubber Dance
called ‘Fish Diet‘.
And the words are from ‘Adore Me’.

Happy Stamping!
