Paloma came to visit!

is the dove of peace.

Lys sent the dove on her journey around the world late in 2015.

You can find out more about the Dove of Peace’s journey here.

While in Australia Paloma went to work with me.
A Christian secondary collage.
The look of absolute awe and amazement from each student and teacher that I showed her to was overwhelming.

They all wanted to know the Paloma story, where she had been and where she was going.
Each person took their time to let the message sink in
and were enjoying it for what it represents.
So powerful.
So beautiful.

The card is absolutely gorgeous and signed by each crafter as Paloma continues her jouney.

The passport is a record of each person along the way.
And a larger symbol of the dove comes along too.

Safe travels Paloma!!! … tomorrow she is on her way to America!

I'm so happy to see Paloma had a great stay there in Australia, meeting teachers and pupils, spreading her message of peace so far from France where she came to birth. Thanks so much, Dot, for hosting her and being a precious element in the link Paloma creates all over this world. Have a safe trip to America, Paloma!

  2. What a beautiful post Dot, Paloma really touches the heart of everyone who hears about her.

Really glad you got to see her and that she is still traveling safely around the world carrying her beautiful message of peace.

We could really do with all the fanatics, bullies and politicians reading about this little treasure.

Hello Dot! Just wanted to let you know that I just received Paloma, her card and passport safe and sound in Massachusetts, USA! I will be photographing her here in the places that she visits and then sending on to Jackie NY who I see commented above here! – and I am also going to ask on my blog for people to let me know if they would like to join in as that will be the last name on the list! Julia

  8. Sorry to be late with commenting here Dot, but I was away on travels myself. I am so happy that Paloma safely landed with you and how wonderful you managed to share her adventures with your colleagues and students!! As you may know, her original little passport was lost when I received her, so I made the card and her new little password In the original passport where the names of those she was meant to travel to, but of course I did not have those and had to start by getting new people signed up. Great Julia picked up that Jackie was one of them, and since Julia got it, I know at least two more have signed up which is wonderful and so needed in our times of unrest….May her journey of peace continue!!
