Today I have a fun and easy tutorial for you over on the
Lost Coast Designs blog
which has a vintage vibe to it.
I never get tired of using Distress Inks!
This card uses a vintage style stamp called ’50’s Girl’ from Lost Coast Designs.
The circles are created with a stencil and, of course, some Distress Inks.
the possibilities are almost endless with Distress Inks. And they work beautifully with stencils.
I like to use the mini blending tool as it picks up the stencil shapes better than the rectangle ones.
When you limit the number of colours that you use on your projects it can have an eye-catching effect.
See the circle on the bottom left?
I added that in at the last minute because she needed to rest her hand on something! You can see more examples of using circles in your projects here.
