“Anything Goes”
is the new challenge at Vintage Stamping Challenges this month.
Everyone loves an anything goes challenge! I sure do.
For this one I made a card with lots of ink and one of my
all-time favourite Flonz stamps.
The background is the wrinkle-free technique using distress inks,
which was stamped with the Japanese blossom stamp, with a little bleach added to white out the blossom.
Some over-stamping using writing and crackles…
a little embossing which was sanded and inked up…
and a heart stencil placed behind the girl were all used to make this main panel.
Some layers, distressing, ribbon and lace finished it all off.
The one thing that I absolutely love about VSC
is that I get to play at “pretty” and vintage cards.
You don’t have to do this though,
to join in you just have to have fun
and do what ever you like this time around.
I hope you take the time to pop over to
and check out the amazing talent and ideas from the team.
Flonzcraft is offering a generous $20 gift voucher to the winner,
he offers an occasional spot prize
and there is always a top 3!
Enjoy!
I would like to enter this card into the following ~

The little bit of over stamping and the heart on the image really makes her stand out Dot. Beautiful card with another stunning background.
